Watermark Engineering Resources is a civil engineering, landscape design, and planning firm that provides the full range of services, from planning and due diligence to design and project close out. We are an Illinois Professional Service Corporation, providing services to northeastern Illinois and surrounding states. Our team of trusted planners, landscape designers, and civil engineers has managed projects across 28 states — bringing proven experience in all facets of land development design.
